Julian is experienced in the Food, Beverage and Hospitality industry. His interest was cultivated when he was studying his Hotel Management course when he decided to join and be involved in the service industry. He has worked for a number of years in the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Kuala Lumpur in the Food & Beverage and Room Division.
He then continued his career with a chain of Thai restaurants, as a Restaurant Manager and Training Manager. He has good experience in managing, servicing and training staffs in the service industry, specifically restaurants.
