Chong Poh Yin
Occupational Therapist
Poh Yin obtained her Diploma in Occupational Therapy from Kuala Lumpur Metropolitan University College (KLMUC), Malaysia. She has gained work experience in a variety of areas including paediatrics, psychiatry, geriatrics and neurology. Poh Yin graduated from the Certification Course in Program of Essential Competencies in Sensory Integration (PECSI). Before joining Oasis Place, Poh Yin worked in a Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) where she was part of a Neurology & General Rehabilitation (NGR) team working with stroke, Parkinson’s disease and other neurology cases. After a year at NGR, Poh Yin transferred to the Paediatric Rehabilitation Department to further develop her experience with children with special needs. Poh Yin is registered with the Malaysian Occupational Therapists Association (MOTA) and is proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
