To make an appointment, the first step is to fill out an [Oasis Place Self Screening Test] online. Once your form is submitted, one of our team members will contact you to schedule an appointment.

Every individual and every case is different. After assessment, therapies and treatments are customised based on each individual’s needs. Please contact us for more information about costs.
We offer one-hour sessions onsite at our KL centre or online through OPConnect. For online sessions, all you need is a computer with a camera, a microphone and internet connection.
If you are not able to come to our KL centre, you can easily access our assessments and therapy sessions online through OPConnect. We use a range of videoconferencing applications including Whatsapp, Facetime, Skype and Zoom or whichever application works best for you. We accept Credit Card, Cash and Online Transfers. Appointments are confirmed by full payment of fees in advance. To secure a weekly time slot, full payment must be made for those time slots at the beginning of each month. We also accept a number of corporate health insurance benefits. Our team of psychologists, therapists and health professionals are locally and internationally trained and collectively bring over a century of hands-on clinical experience to Oasis Place. Our clinicians are registered with the Malaysian Allied Health Professional Body or an international equivalent.
We require 24-hours notice for all cancellations. Authorised replacement sessions will be up to a maximum of two (2) sessions over a three 3 month period subject to availability. Sessions that are cancelled within 24 hours are not refundable.
